District 4 City Councilor and Deputy Mayor Mark Scott will hold his next citizen meeting as part of his “First Fridays with Mark” series on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013. On the first Friday of each month, Councilor Scott is at Café Connection from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

“I encourage District 4 residents and members of Rio Rancho at-large to join me for lunch or a cup of coffee to ask questions and share their ideas related to local government and the community,” said Councilor Scott. “Gathering in a social setting and listening to citizens provides me valuable input that I use when making decisions as an elected official.”
