1 % for the Arts
At their Dec. 15, 2010, meeting, the Rio Rancho Governing Body approved the creation of the Delma M. Petrullo Art in Public Places Ordinance.

The ordinance requires that an amount equal to one percent (1%) of capital improvement bond proceeds is reserved for acquisition of art for public places in the city.
