Paula Scott

One of the many reasons that Scott became a commissioner was due to the influence and persuasion of city councilor, the late Delma Petrullo. As Delma would often say, “It isn’t often that you get to build a city.”
As our city continues to grow, one thing that Rio Rancho has been missing is a presence of art within the community. Scott believes that a city hasn’t truly arrived until it has a vibrant presence of art within the community. Scott was also an original member of the Visual Arts Task force committee assigned by the Mayor during 2008-2009.
