The city of Rio Rancho has established a Census 2010 Complete Count Committee.  Learn more about the 2010 Census.

The purpose of this committee will be to assist in the planning and conducting of local initiatives and promotional activities to increase community participation in the 2010 Census.
The committee consists of seven members appointed by the mayor and approved by the City Council. Committee members serve a term that will last until June of 2010.

Representation on the committee includes individuals from the following community groups:

• Business
• Religious Groups
• Education
• Community Organizations
• Media
• Minority Groups

The committee was previously scheduled to meet on July 30, August 13, September 10 and September 24 at 5:30 p.m. at Rio Rancho City Hall, Development Services offices.
