Do You Want More Information About the Medicare Card? - Nov. 25 The Department of Aging and Long Term Care’s HIBAC (Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Corps) program provides MSC with a volunteer counselor twice a month. Items for discussion include Medicare/Medicaid, claim denial appeals, HMO information, nursing home and home health care coverage, SSI, and help with medication, utility bills, food assistance, and housing.
