Emotional Freedom Techinique - Nov. 20
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of alternative psychotherapy. EFT purports to manipulate the body's energy field by tapping on acupuncture points while the person focuses on a specific traumatic memory, in order to alleviate a psychological problem. Meet new MSC member, Shirley Schaan and learn how EFT could be a benefit to you.
