Free Screening: Assess Your Risk of Falling - Nov. 19 MSC & HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, Albuquerque, invite you for a FREE Screening to assess your risk of falling. Specially trained Physical Therapists will be on-site to help determine your risk for falling. Falls can lead to many different medical problems, including hip fractures and brain injuries. These medical complications can lead to loss of independence. Let HealthSouth aide you in preserving your independence. Space is limited to 8 clients per session. Please call the MSC Programs Office at (505) 891-5018 to make an appointment. Appointments should be made no later than Monday, November 16 by end of business day. Please cancel 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your free screening. You should plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.
