Wreath-Making Workshop - Nov. 14 A how-to workshop for adults on wreath-making taught by Kathy Hallquist and Rena Jackson, staff members of the Rio Rancho Public Library. Both of these talented instructors have years of experience in creating fancy ribbons and seasonal wreaths. The library will provide all materials. Space is limited so registration is required. Minimum age is 13. Please register in advance. You may do this in person or by telephone.
