The Department of Aging and Long Term Care’s HIBAC (Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Corps) program provides MSC with a volunteer counselor twice a month. Items for discussion include Medicare/Medicaid, claim denial appeals, HMO information, nursing home and home health care coverage, SSI, and help with medication, utility bills, food assistance, and housing. MSC & HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, Albuquerque, invite you to join us for a FREE Screening by physical therapists to assess your risk of falling. Falls can lead to many different medical problems, including hip fractures and brain injuries. These medical complications can lead to loss of independence. The Department of Aging and Long Term Care’s HIBAC (Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Corps) program provides MSC with a volunteer counselor twice a month. Items for discussion include Medicare/Medicaid, claim denial appeals, HMO information, nursing home and home health care coverage, SSI, and help with medication, utility bills, food assistance, and housing. Pet Bereavement - July 30
